You retain all ownership rights to the documents and data you upload to Conductor. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide our services.

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen issues may occasionally affect service availability.
7. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice to existing customers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conductor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked and your data will be handled according to our data retention policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
